Miami-Dade County Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD) has opened the public housing waitlist from October 15, 2024, to October 25, 2024. This initiative offers a crucial opportunity for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities to apply for safe, affordable housing. PHCD manages over 6,000 units across 92 sites throughout Miami-Dade County.

For assistance with completing an online application, residents may go to any of the locations listed below between October 15, 2024, and October 25, 2024, Monday thru Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
